Ebimeshiya　hamburg steak plate　Okayama

I went to eat “Ebimeshi” the local specialty of Okayama!

But I didn’t know existence of “Ebimeshi”… until I went there.

“Ebimeshiya” are chains of restaurants in Okayama.
They have European food and “Ebimeshi” mainly.

“Ebimeshi” was born in Okayama in 1960’s.
Fried egg cut like thread is putting toppings on the fried rice with shrimps and source.

That source called “Ebimeshi source” is made from demiglace sauce, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup.

I orderd Ebimeshi set of a hamburg steak plate.

The darkbrown “Ebimeshi” looks strange, but taste was very nice.

I’ll cook it myself later.
